U.A. joined the Timonium office in October 2015 when he merged in his accounting and tax practice. U.A. has more than 35 years of public and corporate accounting experience. U.A. spent the first seven years of his professional career working for two large regional CPA firms, doing tax return preparation. He then joined a former client, as their CFO and shareholder. After 10 years of rapid growth, he negotiated a sale to a publicly traded company. U.A. joined the public company, and for the next 6 years served as the director of east coast financial operations overseeing 17 locations. In 2008, he returned to public accounting and in 2015 merged in his practice. U.A. graduated from Towson University and is a member of the MACPA, AICPA & MSATP. He and his wife Liz live on a small farm in north Baltimore County, and they have three grown children, two adopted children and five grandchildren.
