Frances Schram

Frances E. Schram EA founded the firm in 1988 while attending college. She attended Seattle University and Central Washington University and majored in accounting and business administration. She earned her Enrolled Agent's license in 1998. Over the last 38 years Fran has built a team of dedicated professionals who bring varied talents to Schram & Associates and serves a wide variety of clients providing all aspects of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax and business services. Business consulting, forensic account and tax planning/strategies are particular areas where she excels. As a licensed Enrolled Agent, she has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Revenue, Washington Labor & Industries, and Washington Employment Security as a business and individual taxpayer advocate. Additional accreditations include QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Accredited Business Accountant, Accredited Tax Preparer and Accredited Tax Advisor. She is also a Registered Representative for Ameriprise and works closely with AGP Wealth Advisors located in our Covington Office. Fran's entrepreneurial spirit with extensive construction cost accounting experience has translated into partnering with real estate developers. Her construction financial expertise was a natural complement for real estate developers, and she has successfully partnered with many projects in the Seattle area.
