Elisa Brooks is the VP and Head of Human Resources for Archer Lewis that brings over 15 years of deep experience in human resources, people management, and operations, with a career spanning HR and leadership roles across logistics, retail, and corporate environments. She specializes in fostering strong organizational cultures, leading people operations, and driving effective talent acquisition strategies. Most recently, Elisa supported rapid, private-equity-backed growth within a fast-moving logistics company, navigating constant change while building scalable HR processes and teams. Elisa supports Archer Lewis in the HR strategy to enable Archer Lewis’s rapid growth, overseeing talent acquisition, development, and cultural alignment across the organization. Elisa partners with the teams on compensation, compliance, and organizational effectiveness while championing an inclusive, high-performance culture. Outside of work, Elisa enjoys spending time with her husband and four children—usually at the beach, on the lake, or at a baseball field (Go Cubs!).
