David Delman

David Delman is the founding principal in the public accounting firm of Delman & Company CPAs. He has also served as a contract Chief Financial Officer for several companies in a variety of industries. A graduate of Guilford College, Mr. Delman began his career with A. M. Pullen & Company CPAs (now RSM), where he audited private and public companies, along with tax preparation duties. He founded Delman & Company CPAs in 1978. He has extensive experience in financial management, tax preparation and planning, compliance reporting, Estate and Trusts, ESOP consulting, M&A and Business Sales/Succession Transfers along with strategic relationships with financial and risk-management institutions and other business partners. Mr. Delman is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the North Carolina Association of CPAs. He serves on several Boards of local charitable organizations and has a large network of business and personal contacts in the Greensboro and overall local Triad community where he has lived since 1969.
