About our office
Vermont's economy is unlike anywhere else: agriculture, tourism, craft manufacturing, and an unusually strong nonprofit sector, all operating under a state tax code with its own quirks. Teresa, Sheila, and Sarah built this practice around clients who needed advisors that actually understood Vermont. Teresa Kajenski CPA
Teresa joined us in 1991 and was certified in 1995. She has an associate's degree in business from Champlain College and a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Michael's College, graduating Cum Laude. Teresa has been a director and is a past president of the Vermont Society of CPAs. She is a member of the American Institute and the Vermont Society of CPAs and served on the AICPA's Governing Council. She served on the boards of the North Country Federal Credit Union, the Vermont Chamber of Commerce and Cochran's Ski Area. Teresa resides in Williston with her spouse, Ken, and their daughter. She enjoys being outside as much as possible, whether that be on the lake or on the mountain. Teresa holds Vermont CPA license number 1202.

As a Principal with Fothergill Segale & Valley she has over 30 years of experience and enjoys working directly with her individual clients and small businesses. Sheila has been a Director and past President of the Vermont Society of CPAs. She is currently serving as finance and audit committees of The Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains.
